In general yes. The average increase is 25% from short term to long term. It can be way more than this on short term, however we like to under promise and over deliver.

You don’t technically have to be licensed in South Australia yet to run short term; however, we are professional fully licensed Real Estate agents. Your property is safe with us.

This is why you use a professional manager. It is our job to vet all guests and ensure your property is appropriately listed to avoid any parties or guest issues.

We have our own direct booking web site, plus we list on over 16 online channels including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and many more.

We use commercial grade linen, laundered after each guest in a commercial laundry. You do not have to buy linen.

We run a professional property management system where all our owners have access to their personal owner’s portal. You can log in at any time and see all your bookings in one calendar.
